Poison Ward

hi guy,
a simple question (I have not found a definite answer on the forum)
From manual "Poison ward, Gives large number of friendly units 50% poison resistance" .... ok.
If I throw "Poison ward" to my troops C'tis (with 50% poison resistance) it will reach 100% poison resistance?

But it will not stack with other spells giving poison resistance.
