And for those of you who haven't played these victory conditions before they really do help :) No more dull turtling by most players before the traditional concession to / grand gank of the Leader(s).

Vets and noobs welcome.

I will roll the nations tomorrow (waiting for a hypothetical 12th player) and begin the game at the beginning of next week.
I think we will play on the same map (Galadia) than the previous game.

Well, Jotunheim thanks for the warm welcome. We sure do like them Hoplites, especially as souvlaki... :p

Nations of the world! Know that Yandav, ruler of Vanheim, is not trustworthy! Though he signed a NAP with Machaka long ago, he attacked with 4 stealthy stacks this turn. Not that he will keep what he took for long, but you should know that he cannot be trusted to keep his pacts with you.

yandav
June 21st, 2011, 05:47 AM
My bad, I was sure that we didn't sign any NAP. I'll let you take back your provinces and give you some gold to compensate.
Can you show me the PM where I told you that I was agreeing with a NAP, I can't find it.

Ossa
June 21st, 2011, 03:34 PM
Nations of this world! Know this, that yandav did not actually sign a NAP-3 with Machaka. He just wrote a message offering peaceful relations while reserving the right to one specific province!

So while he did something bad, he did not brake a rule to do so. The ambassador of Machaka just made the mistake of remembering this particular deal the wrong way.

@yandav: You may go ahead, though I advice you not;)

The City of Vanheim has fallen! A lone hero, Gaap the Ice Devil, refusing to yield before the might of Vanheim's mightiest army, backed by uncountable waves of mysterious Van sorcerers and powerfull Dwarven warlocks, single handedly slew each and every Van and Dwarf, thus ending the Siege of Vanheim.

Hail Gaap, Hero of all Jotun!

I am afraid the vile people of Agartha have crushed the God and the Capital of Mictlan. Althought in a bad shape for a long time (well, since the very beginning) I feel like I had no chance against such a powerful opponent.

See you for another game.

Nations of the world!

The evil leaders of Agartha have broken their treaties and spit on their promises - Agartha has backstabbed the honourable nation of Machaka.

Their aggression will be swiftly dealt with.

PS: Monolith armour should be put on a an Enc-0 creature. Otherwise you're not going to make a lot of attacks in a battle.

It seems Machaka has a habit of imagining treaties where there are none, we have not made a NAP!

PS You're quite right about the monolith armor :)

I'm on a vacation from next friday to next week's saturday. Would you guys mind delaying the game for a week? I can also try to find a substitute, but i'd really like to play the next turns myself, as the game is in a very interesting phase.

I can play my turns until friday normally.

What say you?

Hi All,

The defeated Marignon here. I am (was) still in the game but my PC has packed up (writing this from a borrowed PC) so I won't be able to return any more turns.

Agartha 3PV
Jotun 3PV

Hi,

the game is in a situation, where only 2 players (Agartha and my Jotunheim) can win. Machaka can get to a draw by taking Ulm and Jotunheim. Ulm can get to a draw by taking Machaka and Jotunheim.

Since Agartha has no more castles(?) and Ulm is down his capital, i see no realistic chance for them to get more points. That leaves Machaka, who has graciously agreed to support my claim for victory.

I suggest we call it a game. What say you?

vargr
