Is there any way to heal the shattered soul of the Tartarians? I have tried gift of reason and gift of health, but those don's seem to work. It is a bummer when they start pillaging your own provinces.

If they have nature you can cast Transformation, but then they won't be Tartarians and the spell is usually not worth it. Just an option if you have them with magic paths where you want them for something other than being SCs.

No. It's a nerf to reduce their power. If it could be avoided it wouldn't be of much use.

Actually I think it only doesn't work with lifeless.

Tartarians are not lifeless.

You could mod out the shattered soul if you wanted.
