View Full Version : Dom3minions Will Be Down For Patching

Since the patch/upgrade is released, that means that Dom3Minions WILL be going DOWN today to patch.

ALL GAMES running or starting WILL be patched. So now is the time to get your copy patched. You might also notice the biggest sale ever on Dom3. If you can add the additional 10% for university and american military then it gets even better. Tell your friends.

(In the past I have offered to continue running games on the previous version if requested. That will no longer be offered. Its hard on my system and seems to only support people with torrent copies)

OK the www.Dom3Minions.com server is back up and running (knock on virtual wood).
ALL games are running with Dom3 ver 3.27 except the demo games.

And as a side "benefit" from getting restarted, ALL of the games have their timers restarted so you have extra time to patch. Sorry if that bugs you but its very difficult to manage "24 hours from now" if the "now" is reset.

I think there are some bugs regarding the most current version of CBM other mods. Might want to put those on hold.

So Ive heard. Not sure if its a bug. But apparently one of the new features that have been added has caused things that the modders didnt intend. You must clear the weapons or armor before adding any or you end up with too many.

Im not sure which games are affected on Dom3Minions. Just the personal games, and maybe the CBm ver 1.6 games. But I will listen to the people running those games about what they want to do about it

Im not sure how much overlap there will be here.
But some very enterprising people in one of the Dom3 IRC channels have done some "quick fixes" of the mods being used in their games on the Dom3Minions.com server. I am making those available and thought I would mention them here for others if they need them.
