Nationalist China and Communist China

I was watching the movie Assembly on China's civil war between communists and nationalists. I wanted to play a game between Nationalist China and Communist China but in MBT does not appear Nationalist China. I have understood that Communist China won the war in 1949 and after that formed the Chinese Nationalists to Taiwan.
In ww2 if listed both Chinas.

It is difficult to make Nationalist China to 49 and after Taiwan?

Yes, it's difficult to change nation names. They are tied directly to the OOB number. That's why Czechoslovakia isn't now reported as being the Czech Republic. If it was easy that would have been changed by now. I did change "West Germany" to Germany in the last patch but that was a special case
