A little question: in an Assault/Defend type battle i can't maximize the points of the defending nation. Is this normal or a bug? Sorry for my bad english

The points won't maximize for the defender in an Assault/Defend type battle because the game needs to maintain the attacker / defender ratio and it cannot do that if both sides have the maximum points. If you have the attacker with the max points what's left for the defender IS the defenders maximum points

The defender is limited to a certain ratio (50% in the defence?) of the attacker's points.
If P1 is a defender - then the maximum points allowed by the max points function will be DEFEND_MAX or DELAY_MAX (an appropriate ratio of the maximal points). Otherwise attacking would be pointless.
Player 2 points will also depend on what player one actually spent, not his allocation. (e.g. P1 is allocated 20K points, but spent only 5K - therefore P2 points will be a ratio of the 5K actual spend, not 20K).
There is also the 500 unit and 200 formation limits to consider - a human opponent might be able to maximise his spend (by buying nothing but high ticket MBT and arty?) - but the AI will attempt to buy a balanced force of infantry etc, and so can run into the max unit or max formation limit without expending its allocated points.

In an attack/defend game the defender gets 40% of the attackers points.
In an advance/delay game the delaying side gets 50% of the advancing sides points

Hi,
About points during campaign.
It seem computer only use is support points...
What happen when some units still alive from the previous battle but a new country is involve in the next one?
Ex:
Battle 1 was against US but battle 2, against France.
Some US units still alive from battle 1 but we dont see them fighting beside french troops.
What happen to them? Disolve for point for France?
If it's like that, they cant get experience...
Thank you,

The AI buys a brand new force every time. It has no core. Never has done so.

Hi,
Ok, thanks.
So, no advantage to choose 3 times the same country as ennemy in long campaign?
We will never see the same utnits and they never get experience... except in PBEM campaign with a human player.
I understand correctly?
Thank you,

The AI will not gain in experience - only in force size as your guys gain (and so become more expensive).
