Just in case some1 want to sub a dying nation in a late stage of the game. Fomoria has 5-6 lands left with the global Maestrom otherwise he will go AI.

Fomoria is actually at peace with everybody while all major power are at war, so it could remain an interesting position even if you can't aim the win.
