The description looks kinda awesome, but according to the Wiki it's bugged. The entry is dated 2009, IIRC. Is it working as advertised now?

No. It's sad. I wish someone would mod a fix. The devs have dayjobs, so it's unfair to ask them.

We can't do anything modding-wise to make it work as intended. We could replace it with a completely different spell with completely different effects that might accomplish something similar, but Horror Seed in concept is quite dead I'm afraid to say. It really is sad because in theory it's a very cool spell, too.

And fyi, the wiki in my signature is reasonably up to date. I try to keep up. But I do not see everything. But if the wiki says it is bugged, it is.
