I know in the past I was able to blood sacrifice with these guys. However, since the last patch, it seems like I can't. Not sure if this is a CBM issue or not.

Only certain priests can do it. Druids can, I believe gutuaters can't. Maybe that's it.

If a nation can sacrifice, then only priests that do not have the ability are undead. So, no blood sacrifice allowed with your H4 mummy prophet.
