APC wheeled VAB VTT in army Ecuador ?

I could not find the information that these vehicle are in army Ecuador.
Probably it is a mistake in WinSPMBT?

I show, in my copy of Military Balance, that as of 1991-1992 Ecuador had 60 AMX-VCI's It does not list the VAB.

However, I have found a hint that they may have a few VAB's but the site is taking forever to load
