Province description

In one of my games, I started seeing a description of my provinces, like they belong to another nation. This was weird, so I cleaned the folder (MP game), re downloaded turn and the problem was gone, just to reappear moments later. Is this a known issue that I'm not aware of? Tried searching for it but haven't found anything yet. Game is under CBM 1.92, no other mods.

Edit: I think I found it. It happens to be this?
GUI Scouting Reports Sometimes game decides to give player "enemy army reports" on his own armies.

Has any effect on gameplay or that is as far as it gets?

This can sometimes happen if you are spying on a province. Having a spy in a friendly fort that is under siege can cause it. Possibly also Arcos spying dominion.

Well, it happened this turn when one of my fortress got besieged by some random barbarians; and a scout moved in at the same time (scout/spy, same effect?).
Thanks for the explanation, I was just worried something had cracked beyond repair.

I've sometimes had this appear, it's annoying but there don't seem to be any other effects.
