Command Hierarchy

Is the game limited to a three level command hierarchy: platoon, company, A0?

The reason I ask is that I'm playing a scenario (357) which has two German infantry battalions, but the Bn HQs have no subordinates, they are just units which report to A0.

Yes thats the structure but just loaded scenario 357 (A hard Fight) as that would need fixing & from a quick look at the HQ screen there is nothing wrong.
All Companies act as such only the scouts, FOO & one artillery unit show as reporting direct to A0.
This is how I would prefer it setup so the player can decide if he wants to cross attach them & to who.
