HEAT HE Effect

Hi,

I know I should be able to find it somewhere, but what is the reduced HE rating formula for HEAT rounds?

I'm messing around a it with the US OOB, and wanted to change the AH-64's ammo load out for its M230 30mm to all HEDP (AP in game terms) since that's the standard round, while keeping the same HE effect.

7) HEAT ammo now has a secondary HE abiltiy. Units with HEAT ammo can fire HEAT/HE at 66% if the effect of the regular HE round for that weapon
