The e-mail address that I used to order my last Shrapnel game is defunct and my account information is long lost. Given Shrapnel's current system and lack of an e-mail address, I have no way of recovering my account data. Help.

Yes, quite true. And it says:

"You can recover your lost account information using the form below. Please enter your valid e-mail address (the one you used for registration). Your user name will be e-mailed to you shortly along with a link to reset your password."

But, as I mentioned, my old e-mail address is defunct. If I enter it the new password will be mailed to a non-existant address and I will have gotten nowhere. If I enter my new address, it will not be recognised. This does not work. I still need help.
