if u join this game please keep fighting if u have a chance to win, dont quit too early. on the other hand we wont spend too much time looking for subs, if u are in a hopeless situation, just turn the AI on.

dont be a total newbie as it would unbalance the game for ur neighbors. the most important thing is to keep on playing unless u r are in a hopeless situation.

the new cbm is out. there are a couple bugs in it, llama will release the bugfix with a couple days, and we will start right away. design ur pretenders in the meantime.

Ok, this is weird, whenever I try to download the new CBM I keep getting this virus-laden rar file that is obviously not CBM. called Xyqtools

It only happens when I try to download CBM, not other maps or mods. I don't know if its my computer or what.

I hate to be the problem child here, but I think I am going to need to sit this game out. My wife is in the hospital and things aren't going well and I'm starting a new job and I don't think it makes much sense for me to start any new games right now.

I'm really sorry for being such a nuisance, but I didn't foresee these events when I signed up. I think it prob makes more sense for me to step down now before the game starts than to be a drag on the whole game.

Ok, Calahan has very kindly helped me out and hosted the two files for me, so I should be ready to send in the pretender ASAP. But which CBM are we actually using now, 1.93 or 1.94?

Edit: correct me if I'm wrong, but we should probably use *94, now that we have to find another player anyways.

Guys, i think this thread was started too early and so got "tired". third of the players managed to send in their pretender up to now. I guess most of them has lost the enthusiasm, or forgot the reason why they chose that nations. (hi, ghoul! :) )
