Unit 059 (M75 APC) from obat 27 (Belgium) has a speed of 15, which may be too slow. Note that unit 388 from obat 12 (the US Army's M75) has a speed of 24. A quick check of Wikipedia shows that the M75 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/M75_(APC)) had a speed of 43mph, comparable to the M113 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/M113_armored_personnel_carrier)'s speed of 42mph.
