Ranks of SS and Wehrmacht

I want to play a long campaign with a core force of SS units.
I choose PzGrKp (mot) SS and I find that the different units, which are considered Waffen SS, are all controlled by an officer of the Wehrmacht !
How to make so that the ranks are respected?
Is there a possibility to mix units of the SS and Wehrmacht units in the same scenario while respecting the respective ranks ?

Could we create a second German Oob to separate the Wehrmacht and the SS to create such a SS core force and Wehrmacht units as allied units ?

Copy the Rnk00 file as Rnk16 for any scenarios using the SS, backing up your old Rnk16 first, of course.

Nope - there wont be a separate SS OOB duplicating the Wermacht just so the ranks are "correct".

Agreed, that's not going to happen.

However, for SCENARIO creation you can set up individual units with SS or Wehrmacht ranks using Scenhack. There is no need to copy the rank files.
