One of the russian 100mm at guns has vision 10. Does that mean it has infra red vision?

10 is a low-level IR sight.
Which particular one? - it may have been copied from MBT and not removed, or it may be a post-war one with an early sight.

100mm L60 obr 44 - It's available in may 1945, so may be a post war one I guess. Then again, the germans had an infra red sight for the pak40 in 1943, so maybe the russians wworked on something similar.

It's unit #132.
As it is a post-war unit (5/45-12/46)then its entirely plausible that an early IR sight was available then.
