Hi,
One quick question.
I am curious: what is the language used to develop WinSPMBT?
C ?
C++ ?
Delphi ?
...
Mobhack

Watcom C for the DOS game, then Borland C++ for the windows conversion
Borland Pascal for Windows for Mobhack, then Delphi 1,2,3, then 4 and back to 3 as I had lost my 4 install disks when the hard drive needed replacing (and Delphi is not available any more).

Excellent!
I suspected that a quality game (WinSPMBT) must have been developed with quality software (Borland Pascal, C++, Delphi).
I'm not in the programming industry but one year ago I decided to learn programming for personal educational purpose. And I chose Delphi for the beauty of the concept and language. I guess you understand what I mean :D However I wanted a Delphi version of the golden age, ie by Borland and bought a Delphi 2,3 standard and 4 Pro on Ebay.
At this time, I can see that there are less sellers compared to 1 year ago but there are 2 offerings for Delphi 4:

You can also contact http://www.recycledsoftware.com/ They often sell on Ebay (I bought two Delphi CD from them). If they do not have on catalog the Delphi version you want, they can make some search and investigation for you. A Delphi 4 Pro would be 120-150 USD I guess.
When I bought my Delphi 4 Pro from them I got also some backup/upgrade CDs so you can also PM me if you wish.
