Beginners Meeting Engagement*
*
Date: July 15, 1943*
*
Battle Type: German - Soviet Meeting Engagement*
*
Design: keif149*
*
Best played as PBEM. Then side 1 Germany. Then as side 2 Soviet Union*
*
20 turns long*
*
This hypothetical scenario is designed as a beginners introduction to SPWW2. Both sides have equal numbers of men and equivalent support weapons. Roughly a company each. The map is neutral as far as terrain advantage.*
*
Both sides objectives are to secure the cross roads and adjoining buildings.*

What word did you really want to use here...."cheek" makes no sense
*This scenario should be better played with the human payer taking the French side while the AI assuming the German side. It can also be cheek in pbem.*

Sorry Don for my bad english. I would say this scenario was verified with scenhack scenario utility of game utilities.

This does not answer my question and " It can also be cheek in pbem" STILL makes no sense
I'm not interested that it was verified by scenhack. I verify every new scenario with the latest OOB's using Scenhack before they are issued. I'm glad you do so as well but it's irrelevant to the what you mean by "cheek in pbem"

Ok Don , i din't understand your question. Pyros gave me this word "cheek" in pbem. I repeat to you , my english is very ligft. I believe that this word must be replaced by " played "
I send you an another file corrected. Sorry again for the desagrement. If you know a best word, no problem for me

Did you REALLY want to put an off map unit in slot L2 of the Russians ?
Just tell me what you want there and I will correct the problem. Don't send me a revised scenario because there were already four other problems I have fixed

Trying to keep the oob as per the ASL set up. Played ok in 2 pbem games. If it causes some problem that I'm not aware of, go ahead and delete the post.

You had four Guards units changed to use a demo charge but didn't remove the AP ammo.... that I have corrected but you have an off map 122 battery as an on map unit so tell me what you want for unit L2....... the arty or the original t-34
You won't see the 122 battery when you play because the game removes it so load it in the editor and take a look at hex 58,11

Yeah, sorry my bad as I had sent an older file. The AP points were removed in my pbem games.
The arty unit was intended to be off board. So the Russian side needs the arty support. I'll fix my side of the files.
Thanks.

It's now been corrected in the master files as scenario 446. There is no need to send an update

Thanks again. I had played it pbem as the Germans and a couple of others played it, but neither Russian player called it to my attention.

They wouldn't see it. Unit L2 wouldn't have shown up so they were playing without arty support
