Does the enhanced version of winSPWW2 include an in-game soundtrack or music accompaniment (such as that contained in SP:WaW)? Thanks!

No. What we include for that is common to both the CD and the DL version and can be accessed though the in game preferences menu. The differences between the two versions are more substantial than soundtrack and music
