Bf 109 - new icons (+update to Fw 190)

This time it`s the Bf 109. I mainly changed the form of the wings, so it looks much more like the original Bf 109.

I`ve made desert, winter and eastern and western front icons for both the E-versions and the F/G- version.

Just copy the shp to your \Shrapnel Games\The Camo Workshop\WinSPWW2\Game Data\Graphics folder. The numbers are:
