The camapaign being fought is April, 1940 but the status screen shows 4/1947.

No need. The campaign stops at END_DATE, so the clock is moved to that at the last battle. Then it's displayed on that end screen.

The screen should be displaying the campaign end date field, not the internal campaign clock date. That little buglet probably goes back to the original SP2 code from SSI, as there has not really been anything done to that screen.

Well........... in all the years we've been doing this that is the first time I'm aware of that this has happened..........was it the last game in a campaign ? I couldn't read the screen shot well enough to tell

Its the end campaign score screen, so yes.

I have finished plenty of these - and it never occurred to me to look at that field, as its rather irrelevant. The score is what I look for!.

What was the original time span for the campaign ?? Start and end dates ......or was it all April 1940 ?
