A couple of quick queries regarding the way the new NLOS ATGM work / are implemented in the game:

1). Does the missile use the experience of the launching unit or the "spotter" to determine accuracy? (my guess is that it ought to be the firing unit)

2). Is there a limit to the number of missiles a single "spotter" can call in a turn? Does it affect their ability to call artillery? (In my albeit limited testing so far the answers appear to be no - I can see house rules changing that on the horizon :p)

TIA

1) provider fire unit.

2) Infinite number of missiles, just like he can adjust an infinite number of arty batteries' indirect fires. Limit is the 1 or 2 available missiles on each provider/firer that decrement on each launch as with normal firing.

Is it possible to use NLOS missiles on an attack helicopter and use a spotter helo to fire the missiles at targets?

I have no idea. It should do, is my gut feeling.

Try setting up a simple test scenario and test it out.

Spotter helo definitely works ( as long as its a Light Helo - Class 204). Have tried missiles on a variety of vehicle types (not a helo yet...).

- let us know how it goes.

Works great. Simply replaced a weapons slot of a UK Apache with a Spike NLOS and used the spotter helo to fire the missiles at the enemy tanks. So somebody would just have to modify their OOB to use them.
