CD Extended Map Buttons - Missing

On my extended map editor, several of the buttons are not visible. Please see the following:

Please note, there are no buttons visible after Load Map.

Please advise.

Looks Identical to my first page of buttons - which are missing?
(or hit blue arrow for page 2)

I guess Shahadi means the buttons below "load map"

What resolution are you running ? It works just fine for me in windowed Desktop

The screen shot in the first post looks like the resolution is under 1024x768 although I cannot recreate that exact same result with 800x640 or 640x480

EDIT-------increase the resolution to the required minimum
