The files required to get this to work are now posted as a sticky on both forums

Scenhack loads without error after applying the BDE fix. However, now I'm getting a "Network initialization failed. File or directory does not exist. File: c:\PDOXUSRS.NET unknown internal operating system error. Directory C:\."
Please advise.

Have you extracted the BDE DLLs to the game folder (the one with the WinSPMBT.exe file?).
Have you created the tables using the buttons on the appropriate tabs? Nothing will work until you have created the database tables. (PDOXUSERS.NET is not used by the BDE if the tables are local to the exe, if the tables have not been created by you, then it may be confused and go looking for a network pointer to the database name via PDOXUSERS.NET)
And of course - when precisely are you getting this message?.

Yes, I extracted the files from the BDE zip file. The error occurs when I click create tables, sort, or the SQL button.
Does the ver 10 patch make entries in the Windows registry? Also, I do not see a database or index file in the winspmbt folder.

The file should be made in the C: drive the first time you create the tables. The tables are your database - if it wont run, there is no database. Something in your windows installation seems to be refusing to let the BDE create the file in c:\.
Are you on the C drive as a mater of chance? - and what operating system?.

My OS is Windows 7 Pro. The path is c:\shrapnel\the Camo Workshop\winspmbt

Update:
I restarted PC.
Ran ver 10 upgrade.
Ran scanhack from outside gameoptions and created tables.
Upgraded privilege level to run as administrator for winspmbt shortcut.
Scenhack runs enabling sort & SQL from gameoptions from winsbmpt shortcut.
I also turned off comodo internet security.

As it runs properly for you now, then it may have been the privilege level, or something in the comodo security?

I am not sure. I installed the game fresh on a second PC through v10 without a hitch.
I suspect the security of drive c:\ may have been altered as Comodo was running at time of installation on second PC.
