Arty - seems to be shown inconsistently

I'm in a PBEM game (my first with WW2) and it seems that my opponent and I are not always seeing each others arty fire. It is my understanding that we are both using the same game versions. Is this a :bug: ??

You must both have fast arty preference set to off.

In addition, due to the way the game was designed, one player wont see any replay of turn 0 bombardment - I forget which one.

The critical item is the first one Andy mention BOTH players MUST have fast arty preference set to OFF.......fast arty does not show up in replays
