Is there a way to find this info out?

If you mean when playing a scenario as a user, then no. Not unless the scenario designer gave you a hint in the briefing. All you get is the expected turn (not the %age the designer assigned).

If you meant when designing a scenario, it's where you have it placed as far as I recall.

Playing. Pity, I'm playing a huge area scenario in Warsaw which has nearly all Polish units entering as reinforcement with most entering around turn 19. Not knowing were they will/are likely to appear makes it impossible to plan attacks for those already on the map.

Is there any reason why this info is not available?

Lack of room for any such text on the screen.

My guess is the designer didn't you WANT to know when and where your reinforcements will arrive to keep you guessing like the real commander of the uprising
