Russian 4x4 medium truck

Not a major issue as know the OOB is short on space but could the above be added.
Can buy from other OOBs so its not much of a priority.

I checked the Gaz-66 and it was set to default movement. It is a 4x4 anyway so I changed it to move class 3

Munitions Truck in Russian OOB (unit 230) is GAZ-66 too. So it should be 4x4 with move class 3 (now its move class is 2).
