cant think why you would ever use it, unless you really wanted to make sure everyone who can rout, does (rather than say a crew rallying in the bail-out hex). Basically its always been a "chocolate fire-guard" of an option since the 90s.

I have no idea what it would do if it was set to off to begin with. I haven't switched it off since...ever.

The pattern is clear so now I'm only interested in hearing from anyone who does use it set to OFF as SOP
