I'm trying to purchase the CD download version. I thought I had an account but couldn't remember any details so filled out the lost account box with my email. I received no reply???
Decided not to wait so did it through no account all went well until the point where I should receive an email with link details. No Emai????????????
What's going on?? Oh it's not in my SPAM I've checked.

Had the same problem last week (DL-link as well as forums account email, both didn't arrive).
Using the support center contact form (https://www.gamersfront.com/store/support.php) eventually did the job.
(They'll probably tell you the reason not receiving email is on your side. It isn't ;)).

I suspect they will. I've raised it with support and got what I think is an automatted response back so my email works and not treated a spam.

You will need to take this up with shrapnel's customer support.
This forum is for game support by us (Camo Workshop) - not sales issues, which is handled through Shrapnel.
If the link given above does not work for some reason, try raising it in the shrapnel general forum perhaps. And possibly wait till the weekend has passed, as there may not be anyone in the office sat-sun.
