I can't seem to find anything that says whats in the specific battalions and squadrons.

That does list how many squadrons and battalions are in it but doesn't say what is in the units except raw numbers like 32 aircraft.

I found a current source for anything since the modular army became a thing just search combat aviation brigade or aviation brigade in general. O might have used aviation Battalion or squadron.

Basically though before2010 there were Heavy medium and light Comabt aviation brigades.

2010 they went to Combat aviation Brigade and heavy combat aviation brigade.

A heavy brigade has

2 Recon Bns each of 24 ah-64
assault Helo Bn with 30 UH-60
General support BN with 4 regular UH-60 and medical and and ew support

a Combat aviation Brigade has

Attack recon Squadron with 3 troops of 7 OH-58 each and a company of 8 UAV, believe the small ones. In 2018 this was supposed to change to 24 AH-64E

Attack Recon Bn with 3 companies of 8 each AH-64

Assault helo Bn with 3 companies of 10 UH-60 each

General Support Bn 4 regular UH 60 medical UH-60's EW UH-60's and support
a Heavy helo Company of 12 CH-47

UAS Company of 12 UAV, think these are the bigger ones.

Just tested it an Heavy or combat Aviation Brigade can move a 4 company BN of Rangers ) 2 companies by heavy lift and 2 companies by UH-60

In Vietnam an assault helo company had 20 transport helo 8 attack helo and the other 2 aircraft were supposed to be utility but the site i read said there usually was only 28 or 29 helos due to damage.

A support helo company was 3 platoons of 8 heavy helos.
