Okay I am converting a scenario from an old Challenger magazine, that as Twilight 2000 battle, and they have the Germans using motorcycles, which the German OOB doesn't seem to have, I could have missed it, so I am asking for ideas to sub in place of those?

Lots of other OOB's have them, Buy them as captured

USMC OOB has a pair of motorcycles unit with M16s that can carry 2 passengers.
As DRG said, buy captured.
