In the rear backround you can see artilery waggon for 37mm gun in polish army infantery has 2 horses and cavalery 3 horses to keep speed with rest of units. Icons for this waggons are already in game 2847 & 2848

Motorized infantery unit they use cars usually PF 508 to pull gun and they use german stallhelm from WWI so are often seen as germans :o

It's used as an AT gun twice in the Polish OOB and both use the same photo and it's the correct gun

There is just a WEE bit too much nitipickyness coming from Poland ATM

They are corect photos that is 37mm Bofors with Polish infantery soliders but you can use secound photo for polish bofors in Tobruk unit 470

BTW I found in French unit 481 and Vichy OOB too unit 481 mysterious 37mm SA37 ATG which I can't found any info in internet. Photo is Pm9427.lbm which is Polish cavalry soliders with french helmets with bofors. I'm just courious that french also have some 37mm bofors from poland like UK which buy them in summer 1939 or from sweden.
Or meby that is mistake and this is this gun:

37 mm de Marine Anti-Char

https://ptdockyardat.files.wordpress.com/2008/05/french-37mm-atg.jpg

This was a modified naval weapon used as an anti-tank gun by French Forces in Tunisia 1942-43. Thirty Six converted.

that is where I found this https://ptdockyard.com/15mm-armor/

Right, this is strange one. The British had lacks of AT guns before he war and they even bought a batch of 25 mm guns from France in exchange for Boys ATRs, so they rather didn't sell their 37 mm guns... Maybe it's supposed to be Bofors gun used by the Free French, if there were any. Sure not in Vichy OOB.

Looking at the wiki article on the thing A number of Swedish m/34 ordered by Anglo-Egyptian Sudan were adopted as Ordnance QF 37 mm Mk I.

so probably not a lot of those in UK service at all. Usually seen as a portee mount, attributed to the LRDG rather than as towed AT used by the regular forces. I bet Sudan would have bought maybe 24 items or even less.

According to Polish historian W. Mazur, there were 75 or 80 guns delivered before the war to British forces in Egypt (I don't know, if they were meant for Sudan). Anyway, they were quite noticeable during the war in the desert. They were ordered from Swedish Bofors in June 1939, but manufactured for Bofors in Polish works, which produced the guns under the licence.

Sounds way more than the Sudan colony would ever need (though they had the Italians next door....!)

In 1939 a production of 2pdr guns was too slow and the British ordered 250 37 mm Bofors, 500 25 mm SA 34, and even wanted to order 1500 47 mm Bredas from Italy :)
