This is the fix for the sound issues with the Portuguese OOB originally posted 15th Apr 2020.
Extract this to your Game Data / Sounds folder in MBT ( MBT ONLY...do not add this to SPWW2)

Hello all,
Battle date 3/89, the Portugal LMG sounds like a laser weapon from a science fiction movie. This sound is probably in all the OOBs for Portugal, though maybe Portugal is using laser weapons in the field before the rest of the world gets the same idea, I don't know for sure. What I do know is that I complained about it before and it didn't generate much interest and nothing was done about it. Then a couple of years ago, it happened again to someone else, and it was promised that it would be fixed and would be part of that years patch, but apparently it wasn't found or maybe ignored again. This year (2020) it happened to me again. I can't stand it, sounds more like a toy gun, doesn't sound like the kind of sound you would hear on a battlefield, sounds more like something you would hear on TV, very annoying.

The link to fix the error is giving an error of no such thread.
IDK why that happened. It's the "Sound issue with HK-21 LMG" thread on the previous page of the TO&E
http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/showthread.php?t=52409&highlight=portugal
I just checked that new link twice and it brought me to the thread OK
EDIT.... I tried copying the post from the original thread to this one and it ended up being the first post of this thread......IDK why but it did

I found it by checking the forums, went in, and made the changes to the sounds.
