Most handheld flame weapons like this such as Russian weapon 31 or the US M202 Flash have an accuracy of 20 this has 2 possible typo?

Not sure. It's been a while since those were put in. There are 7 weapons similar to it in other OOB's and they are 2-3 as well.

I'll look into it.

Yeah, it looks like it was. Found other "RPO's" in other OOB's with the higher number. Now corrected
