The following error message came up in MobHack, I had closed the Sweden OOB and trying to open the Italy OOB and this:
Access violation at address 00401C11 in module 'mobhackww2.exe'. Write of address 00000003.
Then it keeps pop up once I hit okay. I have to use the Task Manager to shut down the progarm.

That is the standard Borland exception message for a crash. Tells you absolutely nothing whatsoever other than that it has gone titsup.
a single random crash all on its own is just bad luck.
Mobhack hardly ever does crash. If you do get it to do it again and have a repeatable set of circumstances to make it do so, please let us know.

Got again doing the same thing as I said above. I opened OOB, this time it was Germany, look around at two tanks. Then went to open the Blue OOB and got the same message.

I have seen that a couple of times in 20 years and IIRC after I had the computer on a long time doing other tasks as well as MOBhack and I have not seen it lately
Have you rebooted your computer since the first instance? If no reboot it now. I did what you described in the first post and it works fine.. I poked around in the Swede OOB then switch to Italy no problem,. Germany then Blue, no problem

No, the computer hasn't been rebooted at least not until this morning when I turned it back on.
Odd that would be the case to cause a weird error like though.

Once anything starts acting wonky that normally does not it's time for a restart or reboot. I have to reboot about once a month for one reason or another because a non game related program starts behaving strangely and it's usually after I have been using the computer for a number of tasks over many hours.
If MOBHack was repeatedly having problems as you describe I would be the first one to notice as I turn it on at least once a day.
