Interesting, and definitely newsworthy since it's so offbeat, especially in a pacifist place like Germany. Apparently he's being allowed to sell his goods to pay the fine.That sounds fair.

His Panther tank is a one of 8 secretly build by British in Hanover 1945-1946. Looks that they used them together with Jagdpanther's until 1947.
