Annette,
Are you replacing Richard?

OOops...am I a really a "manger"? I'll correct that http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon7.gif
I handle the customer support center. I've been surfing the forums a bit more than usual lately as Richard's been tied up with other projects and isn't here as much as he'd like to be.

Yep, a very cool article!
I wonder where Richard is today? Not at the office, I hope. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon12.gif
It would've been nice to have all this snow Last month around this time, but better late than never I suppose. Days like this were made for gaming... Ahhh...

Actually, Richard is in Ohio. I think it's a balmy 35 degrees there today.

Zen, you make me blush. Hey, did you guys see the fellow in Columbus on the news tonight who got buried by not one, but two snowplows? I think that may have been Richard...

No, but I did pull Tim away from it long enough to post in the 82nd forum. Hope it helps. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon7.gif
