3.5 wins, 29 players defeated. (halving total players for CPF2, which i think is correct).

ok. I've modified the report generator so now it:
A: checks whether a nation/player victory qualifies to HoF (min. 6 players.
B: write down wins anyway (even when less than 6 players)
C: maintain internal statistics like which players won with which nations even when less than 6 players participated

so, for example ThreeFort is listed but not counted as HoF win not for Squirrel nor for Bandar.

Probably would have been played to completion, but Kheldron's MB died, and a draw seemed a better solution at that stage than trying to bring in a sub to figure out a lategame position and the strategy kheldron was using.
