13 sets of names for ships
 

The list of ship names given with the game is rather Spartan. So I have cleaned up my lists from SE4 and compressed here for your enjoyment. Unzip the file and then cut and paste into your default SE5 directory in the Data File. It will tell you there is a file by that name and ask if you want to overwrite it. Answer yes, nothing in this will corrupt the default game names.

There is always the Design Names Anthology. The folder name for SE5 is different, but the files still work fine. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif
