I lost my CD Key for my game! What do I do
 

I'm reloading D2 on my new computer and I lost my CD case that had the CD-Key for the game on it. I've loaded it, but now I can't play the game because I don't have the box or case anymore. Is there anything I can do?

Since Dominions 2 did not come with a CD case and the CD key was in the manual you should have gotten with the game, I find your story highly implausible.

If you're talking about Dominions - Priests, Prohpets & Pretenders, that one had the key on the CD case. In any case, you are rather badly out of luck. You can try contacting Shrapnel tech support and see if that helps any, but I doubt it.

I've lost the box, disk case, book, everything. I assumed that the cd-key was on the case like it is on Diablo2 (which I also just reloaded). I figured someone on here knew some of trick or something that I could use--I thought it would be faster than going through tech support. I really don't appreciate being called a liar on my very first post.

Since the game did not come in a box or have a CD case, I can see how Edi thinks your post is suspicious. If you truly bought the game, contact tech support. They can verify your purchase and tell you what options you may have. Until then, this is locked.
