252 Arty command?

I have a small problem, i started a battle and i was checking my units when i had a unit with its arty command 252, just check unit [U]T1[/u] in the save game.

My guess is its an unsigned byte underrun, and should have been 0, given others similar to it are in the 10s and 11s and lower.
