Scenario 200 Operation Roesselsprung suggestion

Units 91-96 in this scenario are Ustase from the Yugo OOB. Since their opponents come from the same OOB and use the same ID tags, this can lead to confusion.

Perhaps the ID tags of said units could be changed to 16 (Germany) or to one of the generic OOBs?

I have now done that for the next release you can do that yourself in the meantime with scenhack ( use ID 99 and you will get the black ID tag )
