Now, what appears to be Chain Lightning http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/laugh.gif Though in fact it is just a coincidence.


Again, the screenshots just don't show the graceful arcing and wavering that these lightning rays are doing.

Here is a mod with all the stuff in it!

- Blue lightning (Lightning Ray)
- Yellow lightning (Polaron Beam)
- Flame thrower (DUC)
- Plasma thrower (Meson blaster)
- Purple beam with clouds. (APB)
- Reddish beam with clouds. (Incinerator)

(Attachement in post header)


Note: All the stuff is buyable in a special "SJ" departemnt in the terran stores.

What's the animation buddy do? I can't run it, since it seems to want a VB control I don't have.

The only thing it uses is the common dialog box for loading the picture.

The animation buddy allows you to click the frames of your animation in the order you want them to show, and it generates the bitmap_effects.txt code for you to use.
