Update?

Looks like the current launch date is October. How is the process going? According to the product page you're accepting bids? I thought the pieces had already been sent to the printer. You mentioned some problems with the quality earlier. Did you have to change printers?

It also says you're editing the manual. Want any help?

So, not coming out in October, I take it?

That's unbelievable. Almost one year delay now...and no new information!

Don't know where you got this. We sent for bids to the printers, but have not printed yet. We are trying to keep this out of China, which is getting very hard to do -- unless you want it to cost $50.00++. :(

Anyway, we are now working on the timeline and will have more info very soon. Trying to get this out by Christmas, but that depends on the manufacturing schedule.

Regards.

I'm not sure, but it was probably from the anouncement on the old web page. It was up a year ago when you first announced the pre-order. I don't know if I'd have put my money down for a game a year off. I understand that sometimes things get delayed, but I really did think (back then) that it was at least at the printing stage.

And, seriously, Christmas? Is that even remotely possible? It seems like you'd have to have everything lined up now to get units actually arriving at stores and homes before Christmas. What is a realistic date for the release?

I paid for this game because it was due for september.
Then, it was due for october.
And now : maybe Xmas?????????

Can we have an official note from your part telling us... well.. SOMETHING?

Well. From sending assets to the printer until product shipped was 20 days for Lock n Load. So it is possible, but like I said we are working on timelines now. If I had a realistic date I would give it to you.

Sorry, we are a small publisher and are way undermanned now, due to layoffs brought on by the economic times. Please go to customer service and request a refund.

I pre-ordered this game on December 25th 2007. I am a little miffed that it will take about a year to get on my gaming table, but I am only too happy to support a game company that makes games I like. If I get this game and War Plan Pacific before the end of the year I will be a happy gamer!

Re: Update?

I'm honestly torn. I want the game and I want to support independent game publishers, but I could use the money I spent and I was apparently sold a false bill of goods, since I was told on the main web page that the game was being printed. If we get a timeline by the end of the month and it looks like the game will actually be shipping before the new year, I'll stay in, but otherwise, I think I'll have to ask for a refund.
