S-125 Neva SAM

Russian OOB unit 291 seems to be a vehicle class unit it cannot be loaded.
The M version is fine its just this unit.

It is not the unit class that is the problem - The Move class is set to #2 Wheel, changing this to #0 default allows it to be loaded.
