Full Game Questions

1. What do the numbers in each region mean (10), (9), (12), etc?

2. Cites increase resources by 25%, what are resources, huh? 25% increase of what?

3. How do I tell how much resources are in each region?

4. How do resources relate to income?

5. Manual, Fortified Positions I, II, II all show the same defense rating of +1, no difference?

The number in the region is the resources in that region in millions of dollars you will receive each turn for owning that region. Cities increase that by 25%. So a territory worth 12 would actually give you 15 million per turn if it has a city in it. That should answer questions 1-4.

Question 5- I would guess they are cumalative, so a fortify 1 gives +1, fortify 2 gives a total of +2 and fortify 3 gives a total of +3.
