Sub needed in Silent Hill [Sub Found -- thanks guys]
 

We need a sub for MA C'tis, who has been AWOL for the past three turns. The position isn't entirely hopeless and is #2 in research, #3 in forts, and has a sizable income and army left. I don't know the full details, but they are fighting Niefelheim and had some recent territorial losses, although it looks recoverable.

It's a challenging position, but in the hands of the right player they might be able to make something of it or at least learn something in the process.
