Does Quickness Effect Archers?

Or rather, does a W9 bless let archers fire twice every other round of combat?

Pretty straight forward question.

As far as my very limited experience goes they usually just run forward a few steps after firing. Really annoying though as that would be kick a**

You definitely get more shots in. Sometimes they do advance instead.
I haven't figured out why.

I have seen a second round of firing when I was using W9 with LA Tien Chi's Ancestral Vessels.
